Terms & Conditions Policy
1. General Information
All chauffeur hire prices and charges include VAT. The minimum booking period is 3 hours (Monday to Thursday only), with bespoke arrangements available on request. By hiring a chauffeur-driven vehicle from Aspire Prestige, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Passenger Requirements
Passengers must behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and vehicles at all times. Aspire Prestige reserves the right to refuse or terminate a service without refund if conduct is deemed unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.
Special requirements, including child seats or accessibility needs, must be requested at the time of booking.
3. Hire Period and Extensions
All hire periods must be booked in advance. Extensions to the hire period are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability and must be requested at least 2 hours before the scheduled end of service.
An additional charge will apply for extended time, calculated at the standard hourly rate.
4. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
A 50% booking deposit of the total hire cost is required for bookings made more than 14 days in advance. The balance is payable 14 days before the hire date.
For bookings made within 14 days of the hire date, full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the service.
All bank transfers must clear in our account prior to commencement of hire.
5. Usage Restrictions
Aspire Prestige chauffeur services must only be used for legitimate passenger transport on public roads.
The service must not be used for:

Illegal activities

Transporting hazardous or dangerous goods

Transporting goods for commercial courier services

Any form of racing, testing, or performance driving events
Off-road travel is strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing.
6. Insurance & Security Deposit
Comprehensive insurance is included in the hire price for all chauffeur-driven services.
A refundable security deposit may be required for certain high-value bookings. This will be held for the duration of the hire to cover incidental charges such as damage to vehicle interiors or excessive cleaning fees.
Insurance only covers travel on public highways in the UK.
7. Accidents, Damages & Cleaning
In the event of an accident, Aspire Prestige will manage all necessary procedures. Passengers must comply with any reasonable requests made by the chauffeur or management team.
Damage to the interior of vehicles (e.g., spills, stains, rips) caused by passengers will be chargeable. If specialist cleaning is required, a valeting fee starting from £250 will apply.
8. Passenger Conduct & Penalties
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Consumption of food is discouraged; a cleaning surcharge will apply if food causes any mess or damage.
Passengers must not interfere with vehicle equipment or distract the chauffeur while driving.
Aggressive or abusive behaviour towards chauffeurs or staff will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
9. Mileage & Travel Restrictions
Mileage is unlimited within London and within the M25 for standard bookings.
For journeys outside of London or extended trips, additional mileage charges may apply and must be discussed at the time of booking.
International travel is available by prior arrangement only and subject to additional terms.
10. Traffic Offences & Charges
Aspire Prestige chauffeurs are responsible for ensuring legal and compliant driving.
However, any penalties, charges, or additional costs incurred as a direct result of passenger requests (e.g., illegal parking at a passenger’s insistence) will be charged to the hirer.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are subject to the following fees:

14+ days before hire date: 25% of total hire charge

7–14 days before hire date: 50% of total hire charge

Less than 7 days before hire date: 75% of total hire charge
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled hire time, 100% of the total hire charge is payable.
By hiring a chauffeur-driven vehicle from Aspire Prestige, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
